We have updated our pre-shipment control flow to help ensure that export orders are loaded with the correct products, quantities and conditions. Goods received at the warehouse are checked against the order list before entering the loading programme.
What we check for every shipment
- Product name, variant, barcode and pieces per carton
- Carton integrity, packaging condition and pallet stability
- Batch and shelf-life suitability for food and personal care products
- Alignment between the destination market's labelling and document requirements
Control results are recorded together with the loading plan. This keeps product information consistent throughout order preparation, container loading and export documentation.
